MBA复试由三大部分组成：
①政治理论考试
②英语听力和口语测试
③综合素质面试
今天，我们的重点放在第②点。
MBA复试中，英语听力采取笔试的方法，口语放在面试中。
MBA复试英语的口语基本是很简单的一些自我介绍之类的，但是重点大学对于这方面的要求会更加严格。
需要注意的是，口语一时要提高的话不是很简单，从现在开始到复试还有一段时间，建议早做准备哦！
一、MBA考研复试英语自我介绍模板
建议：
1、英语毕竟不是母语，不要刻意求华丽，省的一上场紧张全忘记了，简单自然最好;
2、也不要太过于滚瓜烂熟，有背稿之嫌，注意顿挫适当;
3、切记不要太长，太长容易出错。三分钟以内就可以。语速不要太快，正常语速就可以，讲太快容易把自己搞紧张的。
二、MBA考研复试英语常问的问题
Q1、“What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?”
参考回答：If possible，I will go on with my study for doctorate degree。After graduating rec eived doctorate degree， I wanted to teach in university，and continue research in Archaian(古代的)literaturefield，I hope I can have some achievement in my major。

Q2、“How do you feel about your progress to date?”
参考回答：I think I did well in work。But I am clear that I still have a long way to walk to realize my dream and finally achieve self-value。I will try my best。
Q3、“What is the worst thing you have heard about our university?”
参考回答：To tell the truth，I don’t completely know our university，I know it only by internet and some students，so I don’t randomly value it，but during my preparing this postgraduate exams，I obtained some helpscoming from our university。They were very warmhearted，and I very appreciate them。In a word，I have very good impression about our university。
Q4、“How do you handle your conflict with your colleagues in your work?”
参考回答：I will try to present my ideas in a more clear and civilized way in order to get my points across.
Q5、“What is your greatest strength?”
参考回答：I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example,I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis.
Q6、“If you failed this time what will you do in the near future?”
参考回答：I very clear that life is not successful at any time，it is full of challenge，so I prepare for receiving challenge coming from life and I also tell myself I never give up at any moment。Now，I also receive challenge，I only think try my best to pass this challenge。No matter what result is。I never give up my pursuit and my dream。
Q7、“Why do you decided to major in Advertising?”
I majored in Commercial English at university. During those four years, besides taking all the courses required by my major, I also took Advertising as my minor. I spent a lot of time reading books and newspapers related to advertising. To practice the knowledge I’ve learned from books, I found a part-time job at an advertising company. After a full year’s work, I realized I hadn’t got enough to be a leading one in the field. Moreover, compared with overseas advanced theories and ideas on advertising, our ideas seem a little bit outdated. So I want to learn more about advertising by making use of my language advantage.
